FIELD: devices for reduction of gas exhaust of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: catalytic neutralizer has housing with intake and exhaust branch pipes and electric heating element. Electric heating element is made in form of external electrode and internal electrode mounted coaxially relative to the housing and sheets made of material possessing high electric conductivity which are coated with catalyst and arranged in a roll located between electrodes and connected to them. Supporting grates are located between electric heating element on side of intake and exhaust branch pipes. Sheets are made in form of wire screen; external and internal electrodes are hollow and are provided with perforations. Chamber of interior electrode is brought in communication with exhaust branch pipe through supporting grate. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg
