FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: rod is connected to load-bearing structure. Mounted on rod is spring load reducing device which is connected with pipe lines by means of projections and rocker arm. Eccentric rollers of the truck rest against fixed plate whose platform is made in form of circular spherical pair which consists of outer ring with eccentric rollers secured on it and inner ring with load-bearing structure supported by it. Load-bearing structure is of arched type with hanger located under it and two carriers diametrically located along pipe line and made in form of bush and rod freely inserted in it for shifting the pipe line in height.
