FIELD: drying. SUBSTANCE: concentrating deflectors which are focused solar radiation on light absorbing wall of a case are mounted under cylindric drying chamber. Under the action of vibrations provided with a vibration exciter and air flows provided with a fan particles of material is displaced in vibration boiling layer. Dried material enters consumer through a branch pipe or enters the chamber for repeated drying through rotating hopper, conveyer and elevator. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
