FIELD: mining, metallurgical industries. SUBSTANCE: aerodynamic complex for the enrichment of loose materials consists of technological standardized volumetric blocks in which charging branch pipe 3 with crusher 2 under it is mounted, shuttle vibration dryer 5 in the form of a chamber with inclined sieve 7 for withdrawing the large fractions, air duct 11 with suction devices and heaters with reflectors 10 of variable power, with all this being mounted inside the chamber. Dryer 5 is connected with crusher 2 by means of elevator 4. Shuttle vibration dryer 5 is disposed over pneumatic force pump 15 and is connected with aerodynamic tube 14 by means of overloading branch pipe 12. One end of the tube is connected with pneumatic force pump 15, the other end is introduced into the separation chamber with deflecting screen 18. The chamber is made of biconical compartments with the main and additional discharging branch pipes connected in succession. Jalousies 22 are mounted in the points of the biconical compartment jointing. The overloading and the main discharging branch pipes have drums 13 with magnetic systems and replaceable knives. The aerodynamic tube consists of separate sections and is made zigzag in the vertical plane with separation chambers 17 located between its sections and connected between themselves along the vertical line by discharging branch pipe 18. In the points of bending and along the axis of the zigzag aerodynamic tube, dead end branch pipes 16 with flanges and magnets are mounted. Part of the tube disposed in the dynamic separation chamber is made perforated with a nozzle having the even decrease of the diameter and with a deflecting screen in the form of diffuser 21 located on it. The upper part of the dynamic chamber is in communication with aspiration system 25 by means of an air duct. The lower part is connected with transporters 24 through discharging branch pipes with pulsators 23. Shuttle vibration dryer 5, aerodynamic tube 14 and the dynamic separation chamber are made with the exterior heat-absorbing relief surface.
