Device is characterized by high structural speed which makes up T=N2(2L-1)ΔT processing time steps (N and L are, respectively, column lines and binary bit edges of source numeric matrix representation) and organization of parallel input-output of source and resultant matrices affording matching of forms and structures of input and output data representation.
