FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: noise-like signal simulator has clock generator 1, AND gate 2, counter 3, noise generator 4, adjustable noise attenuator 5, and adder 6, one forward signal channel and N echo signal channels, each comprising counter 9, RS flip-flop 10, AND gates 11, 12, OR gate 13, shift register 14, multiplexor 15, level transducer 16; each echo signal channel is provided in addition with comparison unit 18 and adjustable attenuator 17. Phase front of simulated noise-like signals is modulated by connecting simulator channel output through multiplexor to definite output of ring shift register through which pseudorandom sequence segment is shifted out. Number of shifts depends on shift register length and equals length of pseudorandom sequence segment. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
