The apparatus for synchronising noise-like signals comprises a first correlation processing step and a second correlation processing step, made in a certain manner, as well as a modulating series cyclic shift register, an inter-channel signal processing unit, an inter-period signal processing unit, a carrier and delay tracking system unit, a non-coherent storage, a threshold unit, a control unit. The apparatus also includes additional buffer storage units, two AND elements, three random-access memory units, a register, two multiplexers, a counter, a series address generator and two decoders. The listed devices are connected to each other in a certain manner.
