SUBSTANCE: device has microwave oscillator 1, waveguide transmission line, five lens focusing units 6 and 7, optical splitters 5 and adder, setting single-mode laser 2, two synchronized single-mode lasers, laser pump source, control microprocessor, frequency stabilizing microprocessor and two thermojunctions. Waveguide transmission line is made in form of optical fiber with optical splitters ( N=0,1,...) disposed uniformly along the length of optical fiber which has focusing tip at the ends.
