FIELD: chemical and food processing industry; production of dry products from low concentration solutions. SUBSTANCE: plant has multi- body vacuum evaporator and drying chamber. The last body relative to motion of concentrating product is made in the form rotary-film apparatus. Branch pipe of withdrawal of exhaust heat carrier form drying chamber is connected to liquid-gas injector. Initial solution is preliminarily concentrated in multi-body vacuum evaporator. From rotary-film apparatus the product is fed for final drying to drying chamber in the form of concentrate of dry powder. Gas used as heat carrier if fed from drying chamber through branch pipe to injector. As an active medium in infector initial solution is used, it is fed for concentration into multi-body vacuum evaporator. In injector temperature of exhaust heat carrier is reduced and heat carrier is cleared from solid particles of the product. EFFECT: enhanced operating capability. 1 dwg
