SUBSTANCE: apparatus has plasmolyzer, separator, additional accumulating tank with heater and auxiliary rotary film unit, with all members of apparatus being communicated one with the other. Apparatus is further provided with homogenizer positioned in front of dryer and vacuum system with two auxiliary tanks communicated with auxiliary rotary film unit output. Plasmolyzer is connected with outputs of tanks of main rotary film unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency and economy by providing high- intensity thermal processes associated with evaporation of water from fish broth. 1 dwg
