FIELD: production of highly dispersed aluminium powder. SUBSTANCE: method involves heating of jet of spraying gas up to the temperature which exceeds temperature of jet by 100-700 C. For this purpose auxiliary gas from available gas system with nitrogen pressure equal to 0.05 MPa is forced through heat exchanger positioned in melt heating furnace where it is heated up to the temperature of 400-1000 C. Heated auxiliary gas with consumption volume of 400 cu.nm./h is fed to outer space of injection of jet of spraying gas, i. e. to space adjoining to end of injector round the jet. As a result of injection of hot gas with jet of spraying gas its temperature grows and this leads to increase of dispersion of spraying product. EFFECT: compensation of heat losses. 1 tbl
