FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic cylinder has pair of pistons with coaxially located relatively to each other rods and mounted in piston cavity telescope, through which its rod cavity and interpiston cavity are connected with parallel apparatus, located on link of two pressure control valves. Plunger of telescope is mounted on lid with eccentric shift relatively to body. Made in inner rod canal of fluid feeding into interpiston cavity is located on opposite side relatively to eccentricity. As fluid is fed into cavity 14 piston 2 is moving relatively to piston 5 and using rod 3, system of levers 7 and 8, gripping jaws 9 catches piece. As trunk 16 pressure rises pressure valve 18 opens and fluid goes into cavity 15, making pistons 2 and 5 to move to right hand position. In discharge position, working fluid is fed into cavity 13 and cavity 14 is connected with sink. After piece is free and fluid is poured from cavity 14 pistons 2 and 5 match . As pressure in cavity 15 is through pressure valve 19 increased cavity is connected with sink catch mandrel 6 returns in initial position.
