FIELD: soldering. SUBSTANCE: conducting areas are applied onto ferrite from drop-liquid phase, which is formed at electric spark discharge between vibrating anode and cathode at local IR-heating of surface of ferrite at speed of 10-20 C/s till achieving temperature which doesn't excess over Curie temperature. Adhesive-active material is chosen for anode material for example, aluminium, zinc. Surface of ferrite after being treated is subjected to ultrasonic tinning. Then the surface is connected with metal waveguide at pressure of 0.15-0.25 MPa. EFFECT: improved reliability. 1 dwg, 2 tbl
