AUTOMATIC MACHINE TO ASSEMBLE JOINTS Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

FIELD: motor-car industry. SUBSTANCE: automatic machine has loading devices, mechanism of basic piece feeding in zone of assembly, assembling mechanism, pusher of assembled joints and baffles. Automatic machine has multiposition magazine-type turning collector. Mechanism of basic piece feeding is located in zone of assembly. It is capable for reciprocation and has pit-lodgement, made in the form of basic prism. Mechanism of assembly is made as automatic operator, that switches power table of longitudinal feeding on and bearing carriage of transverse double movements with located on it carriage of relative longitudinal movements, in bearing rest and centering pit of which assembling heads are placed. Heads are capable to contact alternatively with spring-loaded fitting-semicoupling of monospindle head, using longitudinal movable rods. In the case, one of rods from one side has tail end - semicoupling and from other side - spring-loaded cams of grip. Second rod has pressing vertical journal and rod grip. EFFECT: automatic machine is used for assembly of fittings of tracks pneumatic devices and analogues fuel equipment. 3 cl, 18 dwg
