FIELD: mechanization of assembling processes, possibly assembling operations related to screwing studs into body parts. SUBSTANCE: machine tool includes housing; rolling up tables with multispindle boxes arranged in housing; attachment supporting vertical motion drive unit; basing and fixing apparatus. Said attachment includes unit for horizontal motion having carriage; articulation-joint parallelogram supporting mounting plate having spring-loaded pins with grooves limited by studs in axial and angular directions; bearing roller; and brackets rigidly secured to mounting plate. Apparatus for basing and fixing is in the form of welded yoke having basing members, restricting cleats and limiter; said apparatus is mounted with possibility of vertical motion along rams of vertical motion drive unit. Brackets may engage with restricting cleats. Bearing roller may have resilient contact with limiter due to use of spring-loaded pusher mounted in carriage. Invention provides screwing-in of studs simultaneously at three sides. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of basing, possibility of screwing-in studs with small spacing between their centers. 3 dwg
