Commutation plates have through commutation holes 13, that are in parallel to axes of commutation plates, and commutation canals, located along arc in planes of plates. Each of commutation canals 9, located in guide 5 and going out from its lower butt, is connected with corresponding canal of one of commutation plates, that has outlet to connect with coupling.
