TRANSFER MACHINE WITH NUMERICAL CONTROL Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: machine tool manufacture, specifically, transfer machines with numerical control for multitool working of base members. SUBSTANCE: in proposed transfer machine housing of rotary indexing table 4 is mounted on central bed for vertical movement, turn and replacement and is manufactured in the form of prismatic frame with ribs. Housing of table 4 has spider 21 with orientation bushings which is anchored on ribs on side of lower face of housing. Central bed has upper plate 2, its central part 27 is raised and has through window. Through window in plate 2 matches window in lower face of housing and communicates with internal space of bed and with internal space of housing of table 4. Mechanisms to lift and turn fixtures 3 are located in internal space of bed, upper part of these mechanisms is positioned inside window of plate 2 of bed and is matched to spider 21 of housing of table 4. Mechanisms for attachment of housing of table 4 fabricated in the form of hydroclamps 37 with strap clamps 46 are put on plate 2 from side of internal space of bed and are placed with their rod parts 45 in matched windows of central part 27 of plate 2 of bed and lower face of housing of table 4.
