Platform is located on bed-frame 4, using shock absorbers 6, made as flexible pipes, and coaxially mounted electric engine 3 and unbalanced mass shaft 11, connected with flexible coupling 14, made by length equalled to or exceeding length of shock absorber 6. As unbalanced mass shaft stops at instant of resonance shaking container 8 up flexible coupling 14 plays role of auxiliary shock absorber-damper, that suppresses resonance disturbances due to its elastic deformations, close by value to deformations of shock absorbers 6.
