FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for surface machining of metal parts by vibration and percussion. Proposed unit comprises bottom frame to support motor drive articulated by pneumatic system with top moving frame supporting assemblies of unbalance vibration exciters. Drive comprises motor arranged on adjustable platform and engaged with toothed belt gearing furnished with toothed belts and belt tensioning device. The latter is made up of two intermediate bearings coupled by flexible couplings with split unbalance shafts running bearings. Said bearings represent radial double-row roller spherical bearings mounted on moving frame. Assemblies of unbalance vibration exciters are secured on unbalance shafts coupled by flexible bush-pin couplings. Note here that unbalance assemblies are made up of two symmetric halves bolted together.
EFFECT: higher stability, expanded operating performances.
