FIELD: devices for cranes. SUBSTANCE: device has additional flexible strips 21 attached to inner sides of air pipe 1 and oriented in the direction opposed to that of covering strips 3. Free edges of strips 3 are extending above strips 21 for a height S, which is at least equal to width of contact belts, which are made V-shaped. Pressure rollers are provided with wedge-shaped channels for receiving belts. Roller shafts are movable in longitudinal direction in supports by means of screw-and-nut pair. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 4 dwg
