FIELD: hand-propelled vehicles. SUBSTANCE: cart has bottom 3 and front 4 links of carrying frame. Link 4 is coupled with handle 5. Link 3 is provided with platform 2 for load and pivotally connected with axle of wheel pair 1 through a slide. The wheel pair can rotates in plane that is perpendicular to longitudinal axis of link 3. Longitudinal axes of handle 5 and links 3,4 are arranged in the same plane. Two side member among flexible members 6 are used for locking load 19. Members 6 are pivotally connected to platform 2 from one side and connected to platform 2 through tie 7 of adjustable length from other side. Ties 7 are coupled with links 3,4 in units 8,9.
