Proposed device comprises carcass frame fitted on wheel pair axle and container for cargo. The latter represents angular space formed by the main frame and fold-back frame fitted on the same axle. Main frame vertical sidearms pass through jointing element openings. Said jointing element is jointed to back element by axial element. Back element represents solid plate bending along person back. Two shoulder slings and waist belt are attached to back element. Device frame sidearms consist of two hinged and spring-loaded parts. Pair of fold-back levers with wheels and pair of levers with handles on their ends are pivoted to frame sidearms. Braking device is arranged on wheel pair axle. Device comprises also: Support plate fitted on cargo container, rotary plate fitted on support plate, jointing pin fitted into holes of both plates, two holders representing two elongated plate fitted on rear carriage cargo bag. Transport facility comprises stretcher with handles, Slings to fasten supper person and pivoted feet.
