FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: inner side of casing 1 and flat bottom 7 are provided with triangular stiffening ribs positioned with a pitch equal to 15 thicknesses of tongs adjoining to bottom 7. Stiffening rib has thickness equal to smallest thickness of welded members (casing and bottom). The value of legs of right triangle is not less than 2/3 of thickness of refractory lining of walls and is not bigger than its thickness. Flat bottom 7 has diameter which is bigger than outside diameter of casing 1. It carries double bearing brackets for tightening foundation anchor bolts mounted at a pitch of 30 deg and welded on outside wall of casing 1. EFFECT: enhanced operating capabilities. 3 dwg
