FIELD: machining attachments. SUBSTANCE: magazine is meant as interoperational container for storage and shipping process of manufacture of semiconductor devices. Magazine is manufactured with base provided with guiding protrusions for microcircuits and with limiting rest produced from several parts, each being located on one of guiding protrusions. Cassette holder has rectangular frame with base which opposite walls are fitted with shoulders with limiting rests made in the form of combs placed in grooves vertical with reference to frame.
