SUBSTANCE: lifting and transporting equipment of ceramics thermal processing complex includes cassettes in the form of rectangular frame with cells for products and holders to grip cassette during transportation, chain conveyor for transportation of cassettes installed at the base of vertical well, lifting table and extensible legs mounted in supporting beams to support from below the cassettes loaded in the well. Cassette holders are made as vertical pillars with conical projection in the upper part and coaxial to projection recess of mating form in the lower part. The lifting table is installed between two parallel chains of conveyor, and on its surface cassette catchers with conical tips are located which catchers interact with pillar recesses of cassette being loaded in well or unloaded from it. Each extensible leg is made with two supporting pads fitted in position at sides relative to corresponding pillar of supported cassette. The cassette includes splitters in the form of solid or hollow round rods.
EFFECT: design simplification and creation of general-purpose lifting and transporting equipment.
