FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power supply system of motor vehicle which can be charged in motion. Device has speed sensor of motor vehicle, comparator, relay, power user, D.C. source, charging unit, storage battery. In addition to them device is supplemented with three keys, program-time unit, two units of test loads, three storages, inverting amplifier, summing amplifier, two comparators with proper couplings. Control over condition of charging is carried out by periodic testing of storage battery with two test loads and by determination of difference of corresponding voltages of loaded storage batteries. EFFECT: keeping of storage battery capacitance at level of 60% of the rated level, reduced consumption of electrolyte. 1 dwg
