SUBSTANCE: device has chamber with heat-insulated cover, chamber cooling arrangement made in form of heat pipes laid into chamber through ground, and removable heat insulation. Heat pipes have liquid-filled housings with volume change compensators made in form of flexible diaphragms and low heat transfer inserts placed inside heat pipes at ground-to-atmosphere border.
