FIELD: heat exchange. SUBSTANCE: set has cylindrical drum closed with detachable cover inside which electrically heated plate to be tested is placed. Plate carries liquid sprayer. Drum is connected with vapor condenser and vacuum pump by means of pipe lines. Liquid sprayer has widened portion- separator made of dielectric material. Connected tangentially to separator is pipe line feeding liquid from condenser. Sprayer has also capillary tube made of conducting material which is connected with high-voltage source by means of current conductor. Liquid sprayed under action of high voltage evaporates on surface of electrically-heated plate, vapor being condensed in condenser. Condensate thus formed is returned to sprayer. Set is provided with sensors for determination of temperature, pressure in drum, voltage fed to capillary tube, electric power required for heating the plate and flow rate of liquid being sprayed. Thermal flow taken off the plate is determined as ratio of power consumed to area of plate. EFFECT: increased thermal flow, extended range of its regulation, reduced volume of working liquid and enhanced stability of process and its visualization. 4 cl, 2 dwg
