FIELD: agriculture mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: regulator has case 1 provided with inlet 2 and outlet 3 branch pipes, wedge-shaped valve 4 with diaphragm 5 and movable wall 6 which is rigidly secured to deflector 7, mounted for overlapping outlet branch pipe 4 and separates the case into chambers of alternative vacuum and constant vacuum. The last chamber is in communication with a pressure compensator. The chamber of alternative vacuum is provided with a bellows 11 wherein movable conical sickle-shaped valve 14, which is rigidly secured to the deflector via stops, is mounted. The deflector is provided with by-pass opening which is overlapped by a valve made of sickle- shaped cone. Central axes of the conical sickle-shaped valves are arranged over a radius whose center is located at the top of the wedge-shaped valve. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1, dwg
