SUBSTANCE: roller grinder has body, located in it grinding table with wear-resistant profile wear plate and engaged with table rollers with conical sleeves on shafts, fixed in turning levers, that have movable shafts of swinging and are connected with pressing systems. Conical sleeve of roller is made profiled with ratio of sizes: D1r

/D_r= 0.93-0,97; b_r/D_r= 0,29-0,32; r₁/b_r= 0.18 - 0.22 and r₂/b_r= 0,27-0,33. Middle part of conical sleeve is formed by two tangetials; tangential to small radius of rounding, that is in parallel to axis of roller, and tangential to big radius of rounding, directed so, that angle between two tangentials equals to inclination angle of roller axis to plane of grinding table. Place of tangentials crossing is made rounded by undefined radius. EFFECT: roller grinder is used for coal grinding. 7 dwg
