FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: bowl mill has casing with bottom, grinding table and grinding rolls incorporated in the casing, material fanning out chamber communicated with casing through box and chute, which is connected to casing bottom and provided with air supply branch pipe and waste discharge branch pipe. Air nozzle is mounted in the chamber below chute. Box positioned in the vicinity of casing above rolls incorporates longitudinal guide comprising at least two parts, which may be adjusted from outside for independent movement of free ends of outer parts and for joint displacement of conjugated ends of adjacent parts. Guide and box wall opposed to guide have smooth curvilinear shape. Guide lower part define nozzle wall. Fuel supply branch pipe is connected to chamber above nozzle. Conical shell with chute is mounted in mill casing below opening for connecting the box. Conical shell chute is provided with flickers. Outer circulation of air mixture allows falling of metal foreign matter under grinding rolls to be prevented and roll bearing temperature mode to be improved. Construction allows a wide range of ventilating air flow rate to be controlled. EFFECT: increased efficiency, enhanced reliability in operation and reduced power consumption by controlling air flow rate. 3 cl, 1 dwg
