FIELD: protein extraction from sewage water. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a rotor, mounted on drive shaft 5 in housing 1. The rotor has two discs 6,7 arranged one over another and a non-rigid apertural partition 8, placed between the discs. Partition 8 is secured to the discs by yokes 9 with formation discharging annular slot 10 between the partition and a lateral surface of the lower disc. An inner surface of partition 8 is provided by fibrous pile 11, placed over openings and having length more, than a diameter of the openings of partition 8. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg
