FIELD: separation of bacteria from water at microbe-type purification of flue gases from oxides of carbon, sulfur, nitrogen and other gaseous additives. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a non- rigid corrugated partition, mounted between the upper 4 and the lower 5 discs, secured to a drive shaft. The partition is in the form of successively arranged concentric cones; their generatrix length values are being increased from an inner cone to an outer cone. The concentric cones, arranged on the outer cone, have wavy surface, providing wavy gaps between the cones. That prevents lagging of draining wastes from rotation of the partition.
