FIELD: welding. SUBSTANCE: in welding by this method use should be made of austenite wire of the following composition, mass percent: 0.01-0.05 C; 0.9-1.6 Mn; 0.4-0.8 Si; 19-21 Cr; 8.6-10.2 Ni; 2-2.6 Mo; 0.3-0.7 Ti. 0.02-0.06 Ca, and the rest - Fe or combination of this wire with wire of austenite-ferrite class of the following composition, mass percent: 0.01-0.1 C; 0.2-1.0 Si; 5-8 Mn; 18.5-22 Cr; 8-11 Ni; 0.01-0.9 Ti and the rest - Fe. To increase resistance of seams to hot and cold cracks and spreading of beads welding is done with austenite wires with negative polarity do current or by first arc with austenite ferrite wire at positive polarity. Distance between electrodes in both cases should be 0.7-0.9 of length of first arc welding pool. Method makes it possible to preserve high efficiency of twin-arc welding process. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 1 tbl
