FIELD: welding. SUBSTANCE: installation has telescopic vacuum chamber with fixed cylinder and movable cylinder intended to transmit welding pressure through pressure cross to workpiece. Cylinders together with additional circular flange form two-side hydraulic space over perimeter of vacuum chamber. Vacuum chamber is sealed from top by hemispherical cover with port and from bottom, by bellows. Placed on movable cylinder is step electric motor, and on fixed cylinder, spool-type hydraulic amplifier. Motor and amplifier are coupled by transmission mechanism is form of screw pair with lever.
