FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has compressed air feeding pipeline 1, connected through valve 2 with filter 3. Cutting fluid feeding pipeline 4 has valve 5 and nozzle 6, mounted in compressed air feeding branch pipe 7 coaxially to it. Branch pipe 7 is connected with output canal 6 of compressed air valve distributer 9, connected with filter 3 through input canal 10. Apparatus also has vortex pipe 11 with hot branch pipe 12 and cold stream branch pipe 13, made as diffuser. Pipe 11 has tangential nozzle input 14, connected by pipeline 15 with valve-distrubuter 9 and through valve-distributer 9 with pipeline 1. Valve-distributer 9 has stopper with canal and it takes one of extreme positions or intermediate position. Output end of branch pipe 7 serves as nozzle of sprayed cutting fluid feeding, has harrowing 19 with radial holes and is hermetically mounted in butt of branch pipe 12. Narrowing 19 enters pipe 11 and it is directed along axis of pipe 11. Branch pipe 12 has peripheral holes 21 to remove hot air from pipe 11. Branch pipe 13 is connected with changeable tip 22, form and sizes of which correspond to form and sizes of cutting zone tool. EFFECT: apparatus is used for metal treatment. 3 dwg
