FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: facility contains connected to compressed air source vortex pipe with outlet branch pipes of hot and cold flows, ionisator with connected to feed source annular and needle electrodes - and eductor, connected to source of liquid medium. Ionisator and eductor are installed at the outlet of branch pipe of hot flow. Additionally facility is outfitted by recuperative heat exchanger, through tubing string of which it source of liquid medium is connected to eductor, and branch pipes of inlet of cold stream is connected through tube space heat exchanger with atmosphere.
EFFECT: effectiveness increase of treatment.
