FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: tail end 1 is fixed in spindle of vertical drilling machine. Given value of eccentricity is set between axes of tail end 1 and shaft 4. Disk chuck 6 with plates 7 , that carry drive pins 8, used to be placed loose in holes of disks-loads, is placed on shaft 4 so as to be capable to rotate around its axis. Disks-loads have additional holes of big diameter for treated pieces location. During drilling machine spindle rotation pieces are forced to move along complex unrepeated trajectories. EFFECT: apparatus is used to grind pieces of ring type butt joints. 2 dwg
