FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: working equipment has manipulator formed by boom turning in vertical and horizontal planes and hinge-mounted on vehicle frame, frame 7 hinge-connected on free end of boom for turning in vertical plane relative to boom by means of hydraulic cylinder 8, and two-jaw grab whose jaws 10 are secured for turning in vertical plane on housing 12 by means of horizontal axles. Housing 12 is coupled with frame 7. Grab jaws turning plane is square to boom turning vertical plane. Hinge-mounted on frame 7 is bell-crank 15 installed for turning in plane square to plane of turning of jaws 10. One end of tie-rod 16 is connected to one of arms of bell-crank 15 and other end, through plate 17, is connected with upper ends of branch levers 18 arranged at angle to vertical axis of grab, symmetrically relative to each other, and hinge-connected by lower ends with jaws 10.
