SUBSTANCE: claimed device is to be mounted at refuse tipper and comprises the bearing frame 4.The latter is mounted to turn in vertical plane relative to refuse tipper. There are swing levers 9, 10 mounted at the frame 4 and provided with grooves to interact with pins arranged at sidewalls of container 16. Main ledges 19 to interact from below with the container 16 stiffness belt reinforcement elements are secured at the frame top part and directed upward. Besides, it includes the main clamp 23 for interaction from above with said stiffness belt arranged at the frame 4 above the main ledges 19. Claimed device includes also the extra ledge for interaction with the container inner wall rigidly secured at the frame under the main ledges 19, directed downward and extended forward relative the swing levers 9, 10. Also, it comprises the extra clamp 31 for interaction from below with the container stiffness belt with no reinforcement belts. Note here that said main clamp 23 articulated with the frame 4 to turn in vertical plane and with one end of power cylinder. Extra clamp 31 is driven for plane-parallel displacement in vertical plane by the same power cylinder. The latter is articulated by its opposite end with two-arm lever 33 from one side of hinge joint between lever 33 and frame 4. Another arm of bell crank 33 is articulated with the frame and extra clamp 31. The latter is articulated with the frame 4 by drawbar 38 with its ends articulated with extra clamp and frame.
