FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: device has load-bearing frame formed by two cross-members connected by central member and two side support flats. Mounted on ends of cross-members are support members holding the frame to roof water drip channels. Support members have posts and pressure plates with stops in upper parts and flanges in lower parts. Flanges form obtuse angle with middle part of posts. Coaxial holes are made in post and plate. Distance from axis of plate hole to vertex of obtuse angle, with frame in working position, is less than distance from indicated axis to lower surface of water drip channel. Cross-members are made hollow, with inlet and outlet holes for wiring. Horizontal bracket is secured on rear cross-member in zone of central flat.
