FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed carrier comprises frame (1) with platform, two winches (3), two hydraulic jacks (8), load-bearing beams (7), service platform (10), two crossbars and support wheels. Props of hydraulic jacks are articulated with frame rear and equipped with mechanisms of turning said props through 180 degrees and connected with load-bearing beams coupled with service platform (10). Crossbar is composed of two plates pivoted by inclined buckles. Top plate has openings for locking clips of super container and plate attachments to said clips. Lower plate is provided with lugs at ends and with hinged cam arranged between top and bottom plates of crossbar and connected with lever with lug at end for hook of the winch pull cable. Support features shape and sizes that comply with those of super container top part and is equipped with fastening assemblies for connection with super container lifting eye bolts and support locks for attachment to service platform.
