SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in using energy of liquid jet produced by high-lift transferable circulating pump in order to inject atmospheric air into apparatus. Ratio between rate of flow of liquid used for air injection and rate of flow of liquid delivered by same pump for air dispersion in apparatus is 0.286 to 2.0.
