FIELD: water treatment. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for disinfecting natural water in water- treating process and for decontaminating return water in water pools. Injection members are formed by annular heads providing jet flowing of liquid, which are embedded in upper tube plate, and sunk tubes embedded in lower tube plate coaxially with mentioned heads. Length of sunk tubes at least 20-fold exceeds their diameter. In upper part of contact reservoirs under tube plates, separation facilities are set to separate exhausted ozone-air mixture from liquid, which are made in the form of annular tray with their initial and finishing parts separated from each other by vertical radial barrier. In the bottom part of initial part of tray, there is a horizontal port to receive gas-liquid mixture and, in finishing part of tray, liquid-discharge fitting is available. Upper edge of tray and reservoir casing form together annulus to release separated gas phase (ozone-air mixture). Nipples of contact reservoirs are connected by pipelines in such a way as to ensure countercurrent travel of liquid and ozone-air mixture. Discharge line of pump bears flow regulator. Exhausted ozone-air-discharge nipple is connected through a pipeline with residual ozone cleavage apparatus. EFFECT: increased coefficient of injection of ozone-air mixture and ozone usage efficiency, improved pump operation conditions, and eliminated ozone pollution of external air.
