FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: foundation has lower trough-shaped and upper plates, rolling bodies in the form of cylinders and cylinders longitudinal and transversal movements limiters. Cylinders are located between plates radially. Limiters of longitudinal movements are made as subtend upper and lower walls, that are fixed correspondingly to upper and lower plates and are located opposite butts of cylinders, facing axis of foundation. Limiters of transversal movements are made as walls, that are fixed to lower plate and radially located between cylinders. Side surfaces of the walls are curvilinear.
