FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has actuator provided with valving member 3 and air-operated sensor 5. The sensor is separated into working 44 and atmospheric 45 spaces with flexible spring-loaded diaphragm 7. Power control screw 9 coupled with rod 28 by a thread passes through rigid center 8. Working space 44 is in communication with inlet pipe line of the engine (or another source of positive pressure) through throttle opening 6 and with atmosphere through valving member 3. If one of the controlled parameters of the engine, e.g. temperature, exceeds permissible value a signal from a thermocouple enters electronic unit 2 which is fed voltage to heater 21. Heat is transferred to heat sensitive member 20 which is stretched and moves ball 17 by face of its shank 19. The ball is displaced to the left, opens discharging opening 49 and a part of air enters the second closed ring space 48 through the first space 47. Then air is discharged to the atmosphere through ring space 25, thread 26 and slot 27. As the result diaphragm 7 with the power control screw and rod 28 move upward and limits fuel rate through a system of levers. Another variant of the system is possible. In this case the second space 48 is provided within heat sensitive member 20 and coupled with the first space through opening 49 and opening provided within shank 19 of the heat sensitive member. Space 48 is in communication with atmosphere through radial passages, ring space 25, thread 26 and slot 27. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 cl, 7 dwg
