FIELD: heat supply systems. SUBSTANCE: one bypass piping has control valve and gate valve; it is connected to inlet piping of service and potable water line and to heated line at inlet of second-stage heat exchanger. Second bypass piping has gate valve and check valve; it is connected to outlet of accumulating tank and to hot-water line. Evaporator and condenser of second heat pump are mounted, respectively, on cold- and hot-water pipings between second-stage heat exchanger and point of connection of second bypass piping. Water mixer is connected to return heat line and to outlet of first-stage heat exchanger at inlets and to inlet of second-stage heat exchanger, at outlet. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
