FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: steam is supplied from the source to the feed steam line without return of condensate to the steam source. Steam is distributed from the feed steam line to the users inlet steam lines, to individual hot water supply systems and/or water or steam heating plants, with hot water supply plants connected to them. Prepared hot water is picked up by users. Cold water is supplied from urban water-line through the pipe-lines of the users' inlets and drinkable water. Cold water from the urban water-line is preliminarily heated at the users's inlets by heat-transfer agent used in heating plants and/or heated waste water from the hot water supply systems. Cold water is heated to a temperature of above the dew point and fed to the users through the users' distributing pipelines of process-drinkable water. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 1 dwg
