FIELD: microelectronics. SUBSTANCE: electroconductive paste includes silver, palladium, bismuth oxide, crystallizable glass, ethyl cellulose, turpentine oil, castor oil and oleic acid. Paste makes it possible to produce coat with adhesion up to 8.85 MPa. EFFECT: improved printing properties of electroconductive paste, reduced number of flaws and increased operational reliability of coats based on metal-dielectric backings by enhanced adhesion and resistance to repeat thermal treatments. 2 tbl
