FIELD: construction pieces production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has solid body, made of gas filled material, through open transversal groove with crimped surface to join crimped pipe of canalmaker. Members of "case" fixation to be fixed on reinforcement skeleton are made in the form of grooves or holes, by which it is set in wire fixer, are located on surface of "case" in parallel to its Wire fixer simultaneously closes open side of groove with pipe. There is a choice to make grooves or holes either in symmetry to longitudinal axis or on one side of it. Flexible material inserts are located in holes on body butt surfaces. In process of construction structure formation "case" together with pipe is fixed on reinforcement skeleton by fixer and inserts. Being on construction facility part of "case" in predetermined by project point is removed together with cut of pipe, opening entry in canal and making pit for wire connection and assembly of electrical armature.
